The upper level fulfills two generous bedrooms and a full bathroom as well as a spacious balcony. From here it is a great view of the living area, below. Basement is too simply descriptive. This home presents a cozy family room entertained by a nice propane fireplace on the lower level, with a walkout patio. It is also where the laundry room and a 3/4 bathroom plus mechanical systems and storage can be found.

And, it isn't hard to imagine how to enjoy the hot tub or strategically placed gazebo with the pleasing sound of water trickling over the river rocks into the small water pond. Neither is it a challenge to understand incredible summer evenings with fresh, crisp mountain air.

The 16x32 guest house is two levels with a loft. It is permitted for rental and currently is so. Also, it does offer a fully fenced yard with storage.
